Provide in-class support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on experience Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning and promote progress Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and delivering engaging lessons Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and help promote a positive learning environment Encourage pupil independence, confidence, and participation in classroom activities Liaise with teachers and support staff to deliver consistent support tailored to pupil needsThe Ideal Candidate Will:
