As a Teaching Assistant, youll work closely with class teachers to inspire confidence, nurture progress, and help every child thrive in a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Your Role Will Include: Supporting teachers in delivering creative and effective lessons across the primary curriculum. Providing 1:1 and small group support, including working with pupils who have additional learning needs. Helping to create a calm, positive, and nurturing classroom environment. Assisting with the preparation of learning resources and classroom materials. Encouraging independence, participation, and self-belief in pupils.
