About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant in this role, you will be working with young people who have challenging behaviour, who have been excluded from mainstream school. You will be helping them to manage their emotions and behaviour and encouraging positive engagement in learning.

Your key responsibilities will include: *Supporting young people with challenging behaviour and emotional struggles *Working young people with the school's SLT to discuss challenges, and monitor progress *Supporting young people both academically and socially *Building positive, trusting relationships with young people to support their personal development and wellbeing
