We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the education and development of primary school students.
Position description / Job description
Provide individual and group support to primary school students. Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation. Develop and implement engaging learning activities. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers. Create a positive and supportive learning environment. Collaborate with teachers and other school staff. Maintain accurate records of student progress. Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Expectations / Requirements
We're looking for you, if:
You possess an enhanced DBS check on the updated service. You have a full UK Enhanced DBS. You have a minimum of 6 months of work experience in the UK. You have experience working with primary school students. You are flexible and able to work both full-time and on a long-term basis. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are a team player and able to work collaboratively with others. You are passionate about supporting student's learning and development.
