You’ll be supporting pupils who need a little extra help with their social, emotional and mental health. Think relationship-building, steady encouragement, and being that consistent adult they can rely on.

What your day might look like

Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups with SEMH needs Helping children regulate emotions and feel safe in the classroom Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO Creating a positive, structured environment where pupils can thrive Celebrating the small wins, because they matter (a lot)
