You will need to be flexible across general classroom cover as well as supporting pupils with additional learning needs and physical disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting teachers in the classroom, providing support to individual students, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. They will have experience working with students with ASD and SEMH needs and be able to adapt their teaching approach to meet the unique needs of each student.
