We’re looking for good-hearted Behaviour & Inclusion Support folk to join a smashing team in and about Wakey. This ain’t your bog-standard school—it's for young’uns who can’t do mainstream just now. Maybe they’ve been excluded, maybe they’re not well, maybe life’s thrown ‘em a curveball. But here, they get a fair go, proper care, and a fresh start.

What you’ll be doing: • Helping KS3 and KS4 lads and lasses settle in when school’s feeling a bit different to what they’re used to. • Giving one-to-one help or small group support—whatever’s needed to get ‘em feeling comfy and cracking on. • Handling things like autism, communication quirks, and learning challenges with steady patience and no faff. • Keeping things calm when behaviour flares up—showing ‘em someone’s got their back.
