Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people with additional needs? We are working with a specialist provision that supports pupils across both primary and secondary age ranges, and we are looking for dedicated, resilient, and compassionate individuals to join their team.

About the School
This is a specialist SEN setting that provides a highly supportive and structured environment for pupils with a range of complex needs. The school takes a nurturing, trauma-informed approach, focusing on building positive relationships, emotional regulation, and re-engagement with learning.
Class sizes are small, with a high staff-to-student ratio, allowing for personalised support and tailored learning approaches. The school promotes consistency, routine, and a strong sense of safety to help pupils thrive.

About the Pupils
Students attending this provision may present with a variety of needs, including:
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges
* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* ADHD and associated behavioural needs
* Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
* Trauma backgrounds, including adverse childhood experiences
Many pupils may have experienced disruption in education and may display behaviours linked to anxiety, dysregulation, or difficulties with trust and attachment. A calm, patient, and understanding approach is essential.
