Teaching Assistant - Year 3 (1:1 SEND Support)

Camden | Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm | £95 per day | Full-Time Immediate start until July 2026

A supportive and inclusive primary school in Camden is seeking a committed and experienced Teaching Assistant to join their team and provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil in Year 3.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with a child with ASD and ADHD, providing tailored academic, behavioural and emotional support within the classroom environment.

The Role:

Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with ASD and ADHD Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs Implement strategies to support focus, engagement and emotional regulation Support positive behaviour and social development Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised support plans Help create a structured, nurturing and inclusive classroom environmentThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong experience supporting children with SEND, particularly ASD and ADHD A solid background in supporting pupils with SEMH needs The ability to build positive, trusting relationships Patience, resilience and a calm, consistent approach Excellent communication and teamwork skillsWhat the School Offers:
