I am working with a friendly and popular school in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The students are respectful, hardworking and eager to succeed. They are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to start with them from April or sooner, full time on a contract basis until July 2026. Permanent contracts are available!

* £90 per day

They are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to help ensure our students with identified additional needs are fully supported.

You would be responsible for providing support tailored to meet your students' needs and assisting teaching staff with the delivery of specialist interventions as required.

There is a strong support network in place where you can develop your skills quickly with plenty of opportunities to further your career.

We are looking for caring, supportive and dedicated TAs/ LSAs who have experience working with students either as part of small groups or on a one-to-one basis.

The successful TA/LSA will need to be able to support pupils that may have challenging behaviour, and specific learning difficulties. With support from other members of staff, you will support pupils with their progress and attainment.
