Teaching Assistant
Location: Enfield
£540 £575 per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning
  • Assist in managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials
  • Provide additional support for pupils with varying needs, including SEN where required
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
About You
  • Previous experience working with children (in a school or similar setting) is desirable
  • A patient, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for helping children succeed
  • Ability to adapt and respond to the needs of different learners
  • Relevant qualifications or training are a plus, but not essential
