Primary Teaching Assistants required - Immediate starts
Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and making a positive impact in the classroom? Academics are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Teaching Assistants to join our supply team and work across a variety of primary schools in Stoke-on-Trent.
About the Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting teachers and pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You'll be stepping into different school settings, bringing flexibility, energy, and a caring approach to ensure children feel supported and encouraged in their learning journey.
Responsibilities
- Assist class teachers with learning activities, ensuring all pupils are engaged and supported.
- Provide 1:1 or small group interventions where needed.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support children with additional needs to access learning effectively.

- Experience working with children in a primary school or educational setting in the UK
- A positive, patient and adaptable approach to learning support.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work in different schools and year groups.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
