Zest Education is currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a warm and inclusive school setting in Warwick from September 2025. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs, looking to make a meaningful impact every day.

About the Role:

Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN), such as autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, or speech and language difficulties

*

Help pupils access learning and overcome barriers in a calm, nurturing way

*

Support with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies

*

Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and specialists to meet each child’s individual needs

*

Adapt resources and activities to ensure inclusion and progress

*

Foster a safe, encouraging, and positive classroom environment

Ideal Candidate:

* Experience supporting children with SEN in educational or care settings

* Understanding of key SEN strategies and behaviour support techniques

* Patient, reliable, and committed to helping all pupils succeed

* Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3, a teaching assistant certificate, or psychology-related studies are beneficial

* Able to follow guidance and work effectively as part of a team
