Full-Time Teaching Assistant - Workop Primary Schools (EYFS to KS2)

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support children across primary schools in the Worksop area. This role offers the opportunity to work across EYFS to Key Stage 2, supporting pupils with additional needs as well as providing whole-class support alongside teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities
• Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need extra support
• Assisting children with SEND to help them engage and progress
• Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
• Supporting the whole class to ensure all pupils can achieve their potential

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience working with primary-aged children (EYFS - KS2)
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or above
• Experience supporting children with additional needs is highly desirable
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Patient, proactive, and committed to supporting children's learning and well being
