We are currently looking for enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work within dynamic secondary schools across Northampton. Starting ASAP, these roles offer a rewarding opportunity to support students both academically and personally, while gaining valuable experience in a school setting.

This role would suit you if you are:

Considering a career in teaching or education

Returning to a classroom-based role

Passionate about supporting and motivating young people

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4

Providing targeted support to students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, including those with SEND

Supporting behaviour management strategies and maintaining positive classroom routines

Helping students develop confidence, independence, and engagement in learning

Playing an active role in creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Enjoys working with young people and contributing to a collaborative school team

Communicates effectively with both students and staff

Brings patience, understanding, and enthusiasm to the classroom

Is flexible, proactive, and keen to develop new skills

Has experience in childcare, youth work, coaching, or support roles (beneficial but not essential)
