About YouTo be considered for this position you must have: Have recent experience as a Learning Support Assistant or a similar role or have a relevant life-experience and passion for working with students aged 7+. Have recent experience in Autism and PDA Have knowledge, or willingness to learn, of the National curriculum and additional support needs. Have experience of working with children/ young people of relevant age in a learning environment or relevant work experience with transferrable skills. Have good communication skills written and verbal. Set an example of positive personal integrity and professionalism, with positive, appropriate and effective communications and relationships at all levels. Ensure high standards are maintained, progressed and promoted in all areas of work.
