The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Assisting the class teacher with lessons and classroom activities
Providing 1:1 or small-group support where needed
Helping create an inclusive, positive, and safe learning environment
Encouraging pupil engagement and confidence
Upholding school behaviour and safeguarding policies

Essential Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

Experience working with children (school-based or transferable)
A patient, adaptable, and positive approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for supporting pupils’ learning
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
The legal right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
