The successful candidate will:

Support teaching and learning for pupils.
Work closely with teaching staff, Senior Leadership Team, in-house specialists.
Adapt support strategies in line with guidance to meet individual needs
Undertake duties as required to contribute to a safe, positive and supportive learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate Will:

Have strong behaviour management skills
Be able to listen to guidance and adapt their support approach to meet individual student needs
Have high standards and expectations of themselves and the pupils they support
Be creative, enthusiastic and have a positive “can do” attitude
Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a dedicated and hardworking team
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
