As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will be a key source of support for pupils who require emotional guidance and behavioural consistency to succeed in school. Many of the children you'll work with may face challenges such as: * Emotional regulation and anxiety * Behavioural and attachment-related needs * Low confidence and self-belief * Difficulties with social interaction and communication * Trauma-informed needs * You'll support pupils both one-to-one and in small groups, helping them feel safe, understood, and ready to engage with learning.
