Psychology Graduate (ASC and ADHD Support) | Primary School in Purley

This dynamic and inclusive Primary School in South Croydon are looking for a resilient and proactive SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. If you're planning a career as a Counsellor, Educational Psychologist or Teacher, this role offers valuable frontline experience.
Psychology Graduate (ASC and ADHD Support) | Key Information
- £18,500 starting salary | £95+ per day | £475+ per week | Paid on a PAYE basis
- Full-time, term-time role for the full academic year
- Supporting pupils aged 4-11 with Autism, ADHD and SEMH needs
- Located in Purley with excellent public transport links
- Ideal for Psychology Graduates (2:2 or above) with long-term career ambitions in mental health or education
- Contract extensions and permanent roles available from September 2026
Psychology Graduate (ASC and ADHD Support) | What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering targeted interventions and classroom support to children with SEND who require extra support
- Helping students overcome emotional and behavioural barriers to learning
- Supporting the planning and delivery of bespoke learning activities
- Tracking progress and contributing to assessments
- Building positive relationships with students and families
