How would you like to get paid for five days, but only work four?
At Outcomes First Group, we believe in better work/life balance — and we’re putting wellbeing first.
That’s why we’re proud to be part of a 4-Day Working Week (4DWW) trial, where you can work one day less each week (or equivalent hours), while still receiving your full-time pay.
Many of our schools have already introduced the 4DWW — and others are preparing to roll it out as soon as they reach full staffing. So whether it’s already in place or just around the corner, now’s the perfect time to join #teamOFG.

About the Role
At Woodside Park, every child has potential waiting to be unlocked. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work directly with our pupils, helping them navigate their learning journeys and celebrating every milestone along the way. Our KS2 provision is a nurturing, inclusive environment where curiosity, confidence, and joy are at the heart of learning. You’ll face challenges, but with the guidance of our experienced team, you’ll grow professionally, develop new skills, and make a lasting, meaningful impact in children’s lives. Every day will be different, rewarding, and full of opportunities to celebrate achievements — big or small.

- Experienced in supporting pupils with SEN/ASC or complex needs.
- Adaptable and confident working across a variety of classroom roles, indoors and outdoors.
- Calm, patient, and empathetic, capable of running activities, supervising pupils, or leading outdoor experiences.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, values-driven school environment.
- Passionate about making a real difference and committed to helping every pupil succeed.
