Role Responsibilities: Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging, effective lessons. Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils, including those with SEND. Assisting in planning and preparing learning materials. Helping maintain a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment. Monitoring and recording pupil progress under the guidance of the teacher.
