Simply Education is currently recruiting for a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work full-time in a primary school in Lincoln, starting in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning and wants to make a meaningful difference in the classroom on a consistent, five-day-per-week basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment Assist with classroom organisation, displays and preparation of resources Provide additional support to pupils with special educational needs where required

Requirements:

Experience working with children in a school (paid or voluntary) A positive, flexible, and patient attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to the safety and wellbeing of pupils An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Right to work in the UK (Proof is required)
