This Teaching Assistant opportunity offers diverse pathways, including SEMH, Behaviour, Pastoral and SEN-focused roles, with the chance to progress towards permanent contracts and teacher training placements.
Responsibilities include:
Providing classroom and 1:1 support Supporting students with SEN and behavioural needs Managing behaviour positively and proactively Assisting teachers, preparing resources and tracking progress
Essential Requirements:
Experience supporting children/young people Resilience, empathy and strong communication A passion for education and inclusion
