About the Role

We are recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support learning across a range of primary schools in Kent and Medway. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone passionate about working in education, whether you're experienced in the classroom or looking to build on existing skills. Roles vary from general classroom support to small-group interventions and 1:1 assistance when required.

Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, structured lessons.
Work with pupils individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.
Help maintain a positive and inspiring classroom environment.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support when necessary.
Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.What We're Looking For

Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for education.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
Flexibility to support across different year groups (EYFS-KS2).
An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).What We Offer
