The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis with students
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Assist students with additional learning needs where required
Contribute to the overall wellbeing and progress of pupilsWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)What We Offer:
