Empowering students with SEMH needs to grow academically and personally. Supporting inclusive learning environments alongside experienced educators. Providing tailored one-on-one or small group support. Assisting with classroom management and day-to-day tasks. ✅ What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with SEMH needs. Experience working within a care background, such as social care, health and social care, nursing etc. A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Relevant qualifications or training (a bonus, not a must!). What You'll Get in Return:
