Supporting the Team Accommodation Manager to lead their team in promoting high operational standards and accommodation cleanliness, will support in setting clear goals and expectations whilst nurturing an environment that the team can perform at their best.
Supporting both leaders and team to manage any issues that arise, to promptly work towards an appropriate resolution.
Reporting to the Team Accommodation Manager, ensuring necessary tasks are carried out, to maintain a safe and secure environment which is also inclusive.
Maintaining the expectations laid out with-in the companys Accommodation Agreement and Policies.
Managing any breaches reasonably and consistently, ensuring we remain compliant at all times.
Key Responsibilities Improving ENPS and feedback Health, Safety & Compliance Audits Responsibility for delivery of RPRPRT CAFF delivery Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Responsibility for the delivery of CAFF across Team Accommodation.
Responsibility for allocations of Team Accommodation units for current team and new arrivals.
To lead designated shifts in a professional and effective manner as a leader, allocating daily duties.
Administration duties such as database maintenance and keycard making.
Accountable for the day-to-day operation of the Team Accommodation department.
To be a point of contact for our team and leaders, to understand team issues and to drive and support problem resolution.
Report maintenance work collaboratively with the Facilities team to plan and complete accommodation maintenance.
H&S Compliance tasks for your team and areas, ensuring all processes are completed accurately.
Build and maintain strong relationships across the resort.
Responsibility, where required, for people support of the department, including all people tasks from onboarding through the employee life cycle.
Employee life cycle refers to PDPs, performance management, required training, and any formal HR process.
Strong attention to detail to be able to support with all audit/ observation-based activity.
Understanding different communication styles and have the ability to communicate well at all levels, experience in having challenging conversations.
Able to manage multiple priorities and can adapt quickly to changing requirements.
Competent IT literacy.
