Dress for Success Greater London is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Team Administrator/Volunteer Coordinator to join our small, passionate team. About the Role As our Team Administrator/Volunteer Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our St James' Park office. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the charity, providing essential administrative support, and playing a key role in recruiting, training, and supporting our incredible team of volunteers.
You’ll be an integral part of a small team, so the ability to take ownership and lead on tasks is crucial. We're looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills who can build strong relationships with both our beneficiaries, donors and our volunteers.
Key Responsibilities * Managing daily administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently. * Serving as the primary point of contact for our volunteers. * Coordinating volunteer schedules, training sessions, and events. * Recruiting new volunteers and fostering a supportive and engaging volunteer community. * Supporting the wider team with various projects and initiatives.
