Position: Team Assistant – Investment Team
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Hybrid set up: Flexi working (3:2) (in-office presence required)

Key responsibilities for this Team Assistant position:
- Provide diary and scheduling support to the investment team (2 leads + 6 team members)
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Assist with meeting logistics, including calls, note-taking, room bookings, and catering
- Support with presentations, documents, and correspondence (formatting, proofreading)
- Assist the operations team with ad hoc projects
- Strong EA/administrative experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- EA experience from Financial/Professional services
- Superb attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and work calmly under pressure
- Positive, proactive mindset with a professional and adaptable attitude
- Event coordination or project support experience is a bonus
