Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows, and supporting the team in their administrative and operational needs Aid executive in preparing for meetings Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of team Drafting testimonials Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives/team
Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Well-organied, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
