Team Assistant required to join a market leading property consultancy firm who really invest in their staff. Supporting a busy team up to Director level, daily duties to include:

    \n\t
  • Diary management
  • \n\t
  • Event management - manage and organise seminars, client entertainment, dinners etc.
  • \n\t
  • Organise UK travel
  • \n\t
  • Respond to invites on behalf of the team
  • \n\t
  • Producing presentations for bids, formatting, and proof-reading documents
  • \n\t
  • General audio/copy typing and formatting of documents including letters, reports, meeting agendas and meeting minutes
  • \n\t
  • Processing expenses/mileage claims for the team
  • \n\t
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries/taking messages
  • \n\t
  • Mail merges Marketing and branding
  • \n\t
  • Overflow office and operational tasks
  • \n

You:

  • Strong MS Office skills
  • \n\t
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • \n\t
  • Good typing skills and attention to detail
  • \n\t
  • Experience of supporting a team
  • \n\t
  • A strong administrator with a hard-working ethic, great personality and good sense of humour who enjoys working as part of a fast-paced team
