Team Leader - All Age Advocacy Services
We are excited to be recruiting a Team Leader to manage our new All Age Bury Advocacy Service, supporting adults and children.
This role is based from our brand new, centrally located Bury Office, which provides a great meeting point for team working and connectivity and alongside community working, you can also expect to benefit from our Hybrid Working model to enable the flexibility of additional home working arrangements.
Knowledge of advocacy services would be an advantage, but not essential as we have a fantastic L&D offer to support your development, including working towards an external Level 4 Independent Advocacy Qualification, which is fully funded and learning support provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to start their management journey, with the benefit of an experienced management team to work alongside and learn with.
