Role: Team Leader - Children and Young People Location: Kirkham, Preston Salary: £30,115.80, rising to £31,168.80 after probation Shifts: 1 on 2 off plus sleeps - £65 per sleep

What you'll be doing:
Leading and supervising care teams to deliver outstanding support to children and young people. Ensuring care plans are followed and tailored to individual needs. Promoting a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment. Managing daily operations, including shift planning and team coordination. Supporting the well being and development of young people in your care. Maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
