A well-established chilled food manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee daily production operations. This is a hands-on role for someone confident managing a team on the production floor while maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities. · Print and review daily production plans and paperwork. · Complete pre-start checks, including equipment, hygiene, temperatures, and CCPs. · Communicate the daily plan to the team and allocate tasks effectively. · Oversee cooking of sauces to recipes and specifications. · Manage packing and palletising of sauces for transfer to another site. · Maintain high GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards throughout the shift. · Monitor production performance, resolve operational issues, and manage line start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns. · Ensure all production, quality, and safety paperwork is completed accurately and handed to the Line Manager. · Ensure effective cleaning is completed at the end of the shift. · Support continuous improvement initiatives and monitor KPIs such as ...
