• Leadateamofupto15withinelectricalandmechanicalassembly
• Actasafirst-linedecisionmakerontheshopfloor
• Overseeday-to-daymanufacturingactivities
• Ensureproductqualityandon-timedeliverytargetsaremet
• Support,train,anddevelopteammembers,includingperformancereviews
• WorkcloselywiththeCellLeadertoachieveoperationalgoals

• 5S/Housekeeping
• LeanManufacturing
• GoodITskills(MicrosoftOffice&Mapics)

Qualifications

• HNCinEngineeringwith2+yearsrelevantexperience,or
• Apprenticeshipwith4+yearsmanufacturingexperience
