The role: Due to the nature of the role we are only able to accept applications from females who have a driving licence and access to their own vehicle. This role is for 37.5 hours. As a Team Leader, you will coach and mentor your team, providing regular support including supervision and identifying training needs. You will be responsible for producing the monthly rotas, whilst considering budgetary requirements and ensuring that all staff meet their contracted hours.
