Job Title: Team Leader - Home Claims

Location: Leicester or Bexhill (Hybrid)

Please note: This position has a rotating shift pattern which does include some weekend hours.

Role Overview

You'll be leading, motivating and inspiring a team of 8-10 colleagues within our Home Claims department, which has been going through some exponential growth - making for exciting times!
