Location : Morecambe, Lancashire Salary : £14.56 per hour (plus sleeping-in allowances and benefits) Shift Pattern: 2 days on, 4 days off

As part of our ongoing growth plans, Adored Care's looking for a Team Leader to join our expanding residential care team. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our Morecambe-based children's home, working closely with the Deputy and Registered Manager to lead with excellence and empathy.
As well as offering a competitive hourly rate of £14.56, you'll get all the support you need from our Registered Manager to develop your leadership skills in a progressive, supportive residential environment.
