Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Ofsted-regulated childrens home
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Level 5 qualification desirable, or willingness to work towards it
  • Confident leader with sound knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
  • Resilient, supportive, and passionate about achieving positive outcomes for young people
