Ambitious Support Workers or Care Assistants with a strong track record and a desire to progress – we’ll support your growth with training and development? Your Role:? As a Care Team Leader, you will:? Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers? Deliver high-quality, person-centred care? Support recruitment and staff development?
