Salary: £47,683+ depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
- Process mapping and modelling of the Future Fighter solution and business unit impacts to current operating unit
- Identify and resolving key problems using lean management tools and techniques
- Able to own and lead a small project or a work package of a larger project
- Agrees project approach with stakeholders, and prepares realistic plans (with appreciation of quality, risk and good communication) and tracks activities against the project schedule, managing international stakeholders as appropriate across multiple business units (including ad hoc travel where required)
- Solution Development of Physical Logistics requirements
- Mobilisation responsibilities upon Contract Award for Supply Chain and Logistics
- Application of PM Methods and toolsets as appropriate
- People Management responsibilities of a growing team
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experience with Supply Chain Operations
- Experience with Logistics and Production Planning
- A proactive target driven mindset, open to creating, developing, and implementing new ideas and ways of working
Desirable:
- Project Management experience and appreciation
- Ability to collate, analyse and articulate / summarise complex data sets

The Future Fighter Team:
Working within the Future Fighter Team, you will provide specialist knowledge in Supply Chain Operations and Project Management, specifically in support of the Future Fighter programme.
You will be responsible for process mapping, modelling, and driving continuous improvement across services and offerings. You will provide guidance and expertise in resolving complex queries and issues through collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Within this role you will have intermediate level of professional experience in Supply Chain and Project Management, with additional knowledge of production processes considered beneficial.
This role demands a strong foundation of technical expertise, developed through a combination of focused training and substantial hands-on experience.
