Team Leader – Residential Childcare | Northampton


£14.75 per hour + £70.50 per sleep-in

40 hours per week (3 shifts + 1 sleep-in)

You’ll be at the heart of the home — leading by example and making a real impact every single day.

Lead & Inspire – Support and guide a team to deliver outstanding care

Make a Difference – Build strong, trusting relationships with young people

Create Stability – Ensure a safe, structured, and positive home environment

Be Hands-On – From activities and outings to daily routines, you’ll be fully involved


What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience working with young people with EBD

✔ Strong leadership and team motivation skills

✔ Resilience, empathy, and a calm approach under pressure

✔ Commitment to safeguarding and high-quality care

✔ Flexibility for shifts, weekends & sleep-ins

✔ NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or working towards it)
