Pay: £13.74 per hour
The Role
As a Team Leader, you'll supervise and motivate the afternoon shift team, ensuring work is completed to high standards, staff are supported, and operations run smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the team Allocate tasks and monitor performance to meet targets Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards Assist with training and onboarding of new staff Communicate effectively with Shift Managers and other departments for smooth operations
About You
Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Operative in manufacturing, production, or logistics Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team Good organisational and problem-solving abilities A proactive and hands-on approach to work Understanding of health & safety and quality standards What's on Offer
£13.74 per hour Monday to Friday fixed shift - 06.00-14.00 or 13.30-22.00
