Location: Cheam

Salary: £32,183.42 per year

Hours: Alternate shifts are 8am 5.30pm, then 8.30am 6pm

Job type: Full-time, permanent

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit an experienced Team Leader ro join their ever expanding team.

Responsibilities of the Team Leader:

Support and monitor a POD of CSOs to carry out works to the highest standard

Handle and facilitate calls, to deliver The Perfect Repair

Resource Staffing Rotas

Develop staff morale, to promote an enthusiastic and committed team

Ongoing training and development of your team, to ensure continuous improvement (i.e. Mentoring, buddying and regular 1-to-1s) and regular reviews

Manage call escalation

Maintain excellent communication within your team

Consistently meet and exceed agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Support and assist with any payroll Queries

Provide our Gas Management team with support, where required

Requirements of the Team Leader:

Previous experience within a similar role.

Excellent communication skills at all levels (both written and verbal)

Ability to proactively train and mentor others

Innovative whilst working xbpsjku within agreed structure

Demonstrates situational leadership

Flexible and able to adapt to change

Committed to delivering exceptional internal and external customer service

Maintain an efficient, professional, proactive attitude at all times

Trustworthy and able to promote a confidential environment
