Your new role This is an exciting 6-month opportunity within the Business Support Service as a Team Leader to lead the Emergency Duty Team (EDT). As a Team Leader, you will have a pivotal role in supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of all aspects of the services and work closely with others in the Business Support Services team. The primary role of the EDT team is to provide essential support to frontline social work staff. The team works closely with practice staff to ensure data is up-to-date and that the care system reflects accurate and timely information about Children and Families.
