Lead and manage structural engineering teams to deliver high-quality designs on residential, educational, and hospitality developments. Act as the key point of contact with clients, architects, and contractors, fostering strong relationships. Oversee project delivery, ensuring technical accuracy, budget alignment, and timely completion. Mentor and inspire junior engineers, fostering professional growth and team development. Provide expert technical input, leveraging your chartered expertise to solve complex engineering challenges.

Your Role:

Chartered status (MScREus or MICE) – Essential (or near Chartered). Proven leadership experience in structural engineering within the residential sector. Excellent knowledge of UK building codes, standards, and construction practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines. A proactive problem‑solver with a commitment to innovation and sustainability in design.
