Team Manager - Assessment & Intervention Pay: up to £47.50p/hr Location: South Devon NonStop's client, based in the Southwest, is looking for an experienced Team Manager to join their Duty and Assessment team on a locum basis. Benefit: * Competitive pay rate up to £47.50p/hr * ASAP interview and start date * Accommodation allowance up to £150p/week for candidates who fall within the agreed guidelines * Hybrid working * Flexible environment * Supportive environment * Potential for ongoing contract Responsibilities: * Lead and support a team delivering high-quality safeguarding services. * Quality assure practice and manage staff performance and development. * Model a restorative approach in work with children, families, and partners. * Oversee safeguarding and court work to ensure effective case management. Requirements: * Registered with Social Work England * A driver * 3 years permanent experience within the local authority as per DFE * Experienced as a Team Manager in Safeguarding and court work This role will fill up quickly so don't delay your application!
