We're looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead a team of Housing Support Workers delivering high-quality supported housing services to young people aged 16-25. One of the services is OFSTED registered , so strong leadership and compliance knowledge are essential. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive performance, ensure regulatory standards are met, and support your team to deliver meaningful outcomes for young people transitioning towards independence.

Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Housing Support Workers.

Overseeing service delivery to ensure high standards of support and compliance.

Supporting young people with complex needs, including trauma-informed approaches.

Managing performance, supervision, and staff development.
