We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead the delivery of our In-custody Careers, Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) contract across the region. This is a pivotal role with responsibility for operational performance, team leadership and stakeholder engagement, ensuring high-quality outcomes for people in custody while representing Ingeus with commissioners and prison partners. Leadership & Performance Lead, manage and inspire CIAG Advisors and Peer Mentors to deliver high-quality services and exceed contractual KPIs. Hold local operational and performance management responsibility for all front-line delivery roles. Coach, develop and motivate staff through regular supervision, performance reviews and development planning. Plan, forecast and manage resources to meet changing operational requirements, including timely recruitment.
